Read Policy

1 :-	This application is for the post of District Manager(DM) & District Relatioship Manager(DRM).
2 :-	To apply, you must have educational Qualification 10+2. Any Recognized Board.
3 :-	One post each of District Manager and District Relationship Manager will be filled in every district.
4 :-	Before recruitment to the post, you will be given some tasks in the relevant field on the basis of training.
5 :-	Additional payment will be made for completing the given task.
6 :-	For the post of District Manager, it will be mandatory to complete 80% of the given work.
7 :-	If you are not able to complete the task then no payment will be made except additional Payment.

8 :-	The maximum period to complete the given task will be 2 months.
9 :-	If the work is not completed, if you want, you can do the work by taking additional Payment.
10:-	One post each of District Manager and District Relationship Manager will be filled in every district.
11:-	After getting the charge, Rs 15000 to Rs 35000 will be paid as salary and additional payment will be made separately as per the Work OR Performance.
12:-	If you are found not following the rules and conditions or have any kind of partnership or employment with any other organization, you will be immediately removed without any notice for which you will be held responsible.
13:-	It will be mandatory to follow the changes made in terms and conditions from time to time.
14:-	100 rupees will have to be paid for the Application.
